SUPPORT CRUSL
Citizens for Responsible Use of State Lands, or CRUSL, is a community-based non-profit association that exists to safeguard Wyoming’s agricultural, wildlife, recreational, and scenic heritage on state lands in Teton County.
CRUSL is advocating to rectify not only the current improper use of 90 acres of state trust land on the "Teton Village parcel," but also to conserve the entire 640-acre for the benefit of ranching and recreational tourism which in 2022 generated nearly $1.65 billion for the local economy from travel related spending.
CRUSL is in communication with the Jackson Hole Land Trust. The JHLT is actively evaluating long-term solutions for the permanent preservation of the entire 640-acre Teton Village State Land Parcel that will also generate significantly increased revenue for the Wyoming Educational Fund.
To accomplish our objectives, CRUSL is involved in two legal challenges. Presently, we are poised to make arguments in the Wyoming Supreme Court.
